- An absolute passion for storytelling and the creative process; you have an ear for music, an eye for strong editorial and a drive to create something special. A background in editorial or art direction is a must.
- An experienced creative perspective and ability to concept and execute Theatrical / TV / Streaming Campaigns for Digital. You have knowledge and interest in multiple genres, are comfortable taking creative risks and stay consistently curious and open to new ideas.
- High level client relationship skills, including an ability to attune to different people and easily anticipate project needs. You communicate client feedback effectively to creative teams and exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills and grace under pressure. An ability to generate new business is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills; including the ability to listen, empathize, mentor, give feedback, set a common goal or vision and keep teams energized and inspired. You are looking to grow great people as well as make great work.
- Strong emotional intelligence; including self-awareness, resiliency and an ability to manage time, energy and stress (your own and that of your creative teams).
- Extensive creative production experience (studio, agency, freelance, or in-house) across various disciplines, including motion graphics, audio, and editorial.
- Leading all creative aspects of digital campaigns running concurrently, from concept origination through post production, across Social, Digital, Brand and more. Custom shoot production experience a plus.
- Guiding and shaping creative work to the highest standards while collaborating effectively across multiple departments; including editorial, copy, motion graphics, music and finishing teams.
- Ensuring workflows are both thoughtful and efficient.
- Building strong relationships with clients across studios and streaming services.
- Leading client calls, pitches and presentations, anticipating project needs with ease and experienced at navigating creative or relationship challenges when they arise.
- Bridging the space between clients and creatives, translating creative briefs and feedback to internal teams and guiding the creative process with a high attention to both detail and people.
- Leading healthy and collaborative teams; including taking opportunities to mentor junior staff, delegating effectively and motivating others to maintain team morale.
- Clearly setting expectations at every level, overseeing multiple project timelines, while strategizing internal needs and workflows to ensure delivery of the best work possible.
- Managing the financial health of campaigns, including client bids, budgets and project profitability.
- Liaising and onboarding of freelancers, vendors and other third parties when necessary.
- Comfortably keeping up to date with the zeitgeist in entertainment, music and culture.
- Develops original, breakthrough creative concepts for multiple social + digital campaigns running concurrently.
- Guides and shapes creative work to the highest standards; working closely with editors, motion designers and producers on the execution of social + digital pitches and campaigns.
- Develops written concepts and copy across multiple projects, primarily digital but not exclusively.
- Responsible for the execution of pitch decks, including; setting of project tone and/or vision, reference titles, mood boards, written concepts, mock ups, experiential concepts, special shoot concepts and any other executions requested by the client and/or agreed upon by the internal creative team.
- Participates in client calls, client pitches and presentations.
- Works with Social Coordinator in staying on deadline for projects and in assessing project needs and how to allocate available resources.
- Consults with Producers and Creative Directors regularly on project status and resource allocation.
- Promotes healthy and collaborative teams; including proactively taking opportunities to mentor junior staff and provide constructive feedback for their growth and development.
- Participates in determining company awards submissions, including the first round of curation.
- Comfortably keeps up to date with the zeitgeist in entertainment, music and culture.
- Creates and sustains a culture of radical candor, collaboration, team building, etc.
- An experienced creative perspective and ability to concept and execute Social + Digital creative across Theatrical / TV / Streaming AV campaigns. You have a knowledge and interest in multiple genres, are comfortable taking creative risks and collaborating with designers and editors towards a common vision.
- Expertise in conceptual thinking, copywriting, film/trailer narrative and editorial technique.
- Strong interpersonal skills; including the ability to listen, empathize, give feedback, establish a common goal or vision and keep creatives energized and inspired.
- Strong emotional intelligence; including self-awareness, resiliency and an ability to manage time, energy and stress.
- Growth mindset, a desire to continually learn and evolve as a creative and as a senior member of staff.
- Proficiency in various aspects of creative editorial including: analyzing film/series narrative and style, project breakdown, shot and music selection, diverse editorial techniques & the ability to work with music stems, conceptual approaches and editorial techniques, editorial pacing for a variety of short form formats.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere; After Effects and Photoshop knowledge. Motion graphics experience is a plus but not required.

- Understanding of trends and creative formats within the Digital and Social Media landscape.
- 2-3 years of experience in editing for film and television campaigns on Social.
- Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe and Google Creative Suite is a must. Premiere, 3D, and Illustration abilities a plus.
- Skill-sets in motion design and animation, production and graphic design, typography and logo design with the ability to ideate and think conceptually in the social/digital space.
